  • Dial *329*Amount# to top-up your mobile phone.
  • Dial *329*Account/CustomerID# and select your preferred internet service provider.
  • Send airtime to friends or family with *329*Amount*Mobile number#.
  • Transfer money by dialing *329*Amount*Account number#.
  • Check your balance anytime with *329*00#.
  • Need to reset your PIN or create a transaction code? Just dial *329*0#.
  • Dial *329*1*Mobile Number# to buy data on any phone.
  • Dial *329#, select self-service, select Buy data for any phone with *329*1*Mobile Number#.
  • To block your account, dial *329#, select self-service, then block account.
  • Link your BVN by dialing *329#, choosing self-service, then link BVN.
  • Need a full statement? Dial *329#, select statement, choose full statement, pick your dates (up to 6 months), and we’ll send it straight to your email.
  • To see your last five transactions, dial *329#, select statement, then mini statement.
  • Pay your electricity bill with *329*3*Amount*Meter No# or *329*3*Amount*AccountID#.
  • Block USSD Profile or Block Bank Account - *329*911# (Dial from either Registered or Unregistered number).
  • Pay for Startimes with *329*Amount*SmartcardNo#.
  • Pay for DSTV or GOTV with *329*2*Amount*SmartcardNo#.
Creating your Transaction Code

Do you know that you need a Transaction Code to transfer up to N500,000.00 daily? If you have not created your transaction code, simply follow these simple steps:

  1. Dial *329*0#
  2. Select Create or Reset code.
  3. Choose your ATM card if you have more than one.
  4. Enter your ATM card PIN.
  5. Create a 4-digit transaction code, for example 1234
  6. Enter your USSD PIN

That’s it – your transaction code is ready to use.

Dispute Resolution

Need help with a transaction? Here’s how to resolve it:

  1. Dial *329# on your phone
  2. Select Self-Services from the menu.
  3. Choose Dispute Resolution, then pick your account.
