1. What Is FCMB New Mobile?

FCMB New Mobile is our first omni-channel digital banking app. It is built to deliver the most
captivating digital banking user experience with a vast bouquet of functionalities for all users. You
can check your account balance, log failed transactions, transfer funds, manage your cards and do so
much more on the app.

2. How Can I Get The New FCMB Mobile App?

It can be downloaded from the below app stores:

  • Apple Store
  • Google Playstore

3. How Do I Register On The FCMB New Mobile App?

A.      Existing Users: If you already have Internet Banking or an FCMB Mobile Plus profile, simply login with your existing username and password.

B.      New Users: Follow the steps below:

·         Launch the app (if you have not already downloaded it, please click here to do so)

·         Select “Sign Up”

·         Select “I have an FCMB Account”

·         Enter your account number and confirm account name

·         Enter your card details (first 5 and last 4 digits of card PAN), then your card PIN

·         Or select “Get OTP” and then enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number

·         Create your Transaction PIN

·         Enter a Referral Code (optional)

Note: You can select “I don’t have an FCMB account” at step 3 above to open an FCMB account. Once done, follow the steps above to register.

4. Why Is My Device Not Recognized?

This message is displayed whenever you login to the app on a mobile device for the first time. You need to register your profile on this new device by selecting Register Device. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number to complete the process.

5. What Is My Maximum Daily Transfer Limit?

  • Individual User Profile: Your default daily transfer limit is N1,000,000. However, you can increase your limit to a maximum of N5,000,000. Simply login, select Update Limit and follow the steps.
  • Business User Profile: Your default daily transfer limit is N10,000,000. However, you can increase your limit to a maximum of N100,000,000. Simply login, select Update Limit and follow the steps

6. What Bill Payments Are Available On The New Mobile App?

You can pay for Cable TV (DSTV, Star-times, etc), Internet subscriptions (Swift, Smile, Spectranet, etc), Electricity bills (IKEDC, EKEDC, IBEDC, etc), LCC, Online betting (Bet9ja, Betking, Nairabet, etc) and so much more.

7. What Happens to My New Mobile App If I Lose My Device?
